PYZN · Innovation Studio
A venture studio building SaaS companies from the ground up: thesis to product to operating company.
See what we're building →01 · The Thesis
The buyer, the boardroom, the demo. Not the operator. The best SaaS companies start with a specific, unglamorous problem incumbents have papered over with generic tools. We look for the places where a whole category of operators has been forced to bend their workflow around software that was never built for them.
We start with the customer, not the deck.
Architecture, product, and patents originate inside the studio, not in a portfolio company we happened to fund.
Every venture is run by people who have done the work, not just studied the market.
A clever prototype is easy. A company that survives real customers is the only part that matters.
One studio, shared infrastructure, real capital discipline. Deliberate, not desperate.
02 · What we're building
The operating platform for extended stay hospitality.Hotel software was built for one-night guests. Extended stay operators run a fundamentally different business. ExtendIQ is built for how they actually work.
The AI governance layer for RevOps.AI now writes the outbound; nothing reviews it before it ships. cadohq scores every cadence against prospect research, gates what fails, fixes it, and pushes the fix back into the sequencer, with the audit trail to prove it.
The next thesis is being validated now.We study the workflows legacy software ignores and validate the pain with operators before a line of code is written.
03 · For Founders
Most studios take half your company, and your IP with it. We don't. You bring the idea and the domain expertise. We bring the build, the platform, the network, and capital when the fit is right. You keep the majority of your company, and 100% of your IP. Always.

Building alone is slow, and capital is gated.
You know the problem better than anyone. You can see the product. What you don't have is six months to stitch together engineers, infrastructure, and a go-to-market motion before you even know if it works. And the moment you take outside money to move faster, the dilution starts and the control slips. That's the trap PYZN is built to collapse.
We research the vertical, find the gaps incumbents ignore, and build the product with you. Real architecture, shipped. Not a prototype that dies on contact with customers.
The same shared infrastructure that runs every PYZN venture, from day one.
A curated rolodex of vetted operators, engineers, and specialists we have worked with and trust. The introductions that usually take years, open to you from the start.
For select products, we fund the build in-house, so you can move without a pre-seed raise and without giving up control to do it.
You keep control. We earn our stake.
Our involvement scales with how much we build, from light advisory to a full build-and-fund partnership where we act as your technical co-founder and your first check. Wherever it lands, you keep the majority of your company and all of your IP. We only do well when you do.
Builders who want a partner, not a boss.
We're looking for founders with real domain insight who want to build something specific, messy, or overlooked. The kind of company incumbents are too big to bother with. If that's you, let's talk.

A venture studio building vertical and horizontal SaaS companies. We are early, intentionally so. Each venture is a bet on a problem we understand deeply and a product we are willing to build, fund, and operate ourselves.
More than a decade in sales and business development: from founding Rhythm Marketing Agency to enterprise technology, then hospitality software at Canary Technologies and Nutmeg Labs, where he leads hospitality sales for hotels and resorts.
He builds revenue from zero in complex, under-digitized markets: finding the gaps incumbents overlook, validating demand directly with operators, and turning those problems into software. Co-founder of ExtendIQ.
